Flexible Finance Options
We offer multiple payment routes to help you spread the cost of your training:
Third-Party Finance Providers

These options offer flexible repayment plans. All third-party finance agreements are subject to credit checks and eligibility criteria.
In-House Finance (0% Interest)
- Up to 24 months interest-free
- Minimum upfront payment: £150
- Longer-term options: 36–48 months at 12.9% APR
All finance applications are subject to a soft credit check (does not affect your credit score)

Refunds & Cancellations
Cooling-Off Period
If you request to cancel your course within 14 days of receiving your Course Setup Information email and have not accessed the course, a refund is possible—minus an admin fee:

If you used third-party finance, you must also notify the finance provider.

Late Payments
If you miss a payment under an agreed plan:
- A £25 admin fee may apply
- Your course and access to resources will be suspended
- We may retry failed payments within 45 days (you'll be notified at least 2 working days before)
- Missing 3 monthly payments in total may result in your course being cancelled without refund.
Exam Access and Finance Conditions
- Exam vouchers are only released when training is complete and payments are up to date
- Vouchers must be used within 14 days of being issued
- Exam bookings must be requested at least 5 working days in advance
- No-shows or disqualifications may forfeit your voucher without refund
Cashback, Offers & Refer-a-Friend
- Offers are paid 14 working days after the course starts, if payment is complete
- Only valid on courses purchased via robustittraining.com
- Offers are void if a refund is processed
- Cashback claims must be made within 35 days of the course start date
Job Guarantee and Finance
The job guarantee does not apply to third-party finance agreements
To qualify, you must:
- Complete all training within 12 months
- Pay in full
- Attend all interviews within 30 miles
- Hold the right to work in the UK
If no job is offered within 12 weeks of completion, a refund may be available (excluding exams/labs/mocks)
