Late Payment Policy
Our late payment policy is designed to ensure fair treatment for all students:
Payment Terms
- Full payment is due before course start date
- Finance payments are due on agreed dates
- Late fees apply after 7 days overdue
Note: Late payments may affect your ability to access course materials.
Late Payment Fees
The following fees apply to late payments:
- 7-14 days late: £25 admin fee
- 15-30 days late: £50 admin fee
- Over 30 days late: £100 admin fee
What to Do If You Can't Pay
If you're having trouble making a payment:

- We may be able to arrange a payment plan
