Introduction

At Robust IT Training, creating an account and enrolling in a course is a personalised process designed to ensure you receive the best possible guidance and support from the very beginning. Unlike many platforms, we do not offer a self-service sign-up. Instead, our dedicated Course Advisors will work with you to tailor a training package that matches your goals and aspirations.

How to Get Started

  1. Contact a Course Advisor

To begin your journey, simply get in touch with one of our experienced Course Advisors. You can do this by:

    • Calling us directly
    • Filling out an enquiry form on our website
    • Requesting a call back

Our team will discuss your career goals, current experience, and training needs to recommend the most suitable course package for you.

  2. Receive Your Personalised Training Package

Based on your conversation, your Course Advisor will put together a tailored training package. This ensures you only enrol in courses that are relevant to your ambitions and learning style.

  3. Enrolment & Account Setup

Once you are happy with your package and ready to proceed, your Course Advisor will complete your enrolment. You will then receive your course setup information via email, including your login details and instructions for accessing your training portal.

  4. Welcome Call & Next Steps

After your account is set up, you will receive a welcome call from our team. During this call, we will walk you through the next steps, answer any questions, and ensure you are comfortable with the platform and your learning plan.

Why This Approach?

We believe that every learner is unique. By speaking directly with a Course Advisor, you benefit from expert advice, a tailored learning path, and ongoing support from day one. This approach helps you get the most out of your training and increases your chances of success.
